In the middle of a flat landscape, a camp. The air is totally filled with mosquitos. Hidden behind protective nets, people work for their survival. A man slices a fresh meatloaf, another one installs a mosquito net, there is a child, a fire, a dog… The mosquitos being there, constantly, surrounding them.

The Camp is a 3 channel video installation that invites the viewer to experience a strange reality between dream and nightmare. The room is installed with camping furniture so as to create a continuity with the video’set. The mosquitos’buzz is never ending and sound surrounds the visitor.
