Florian Mirmin studied at Otis College of Arts & Design in Los Angeles (2014) and graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris with honors (2015).

He has received several distinctions including the Sculpture/Installation Foundation’s Prize of the Beaux- Arts de Paris (2016), the Kristal’s Prize from the Salon de Montrouge (2017), the Planète art solidaire Prize from Art of Change 21 and the Maison Ruinart. (2021) or the Georges Coulon Prize from the Académie des Beaux-Arts and the Institut de France (2021).

His work has been shown in many institutions, including Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, Grande Halle de Villette, Palais des Beaux-Arts in Paris, Centre d’art contemporain Passerelle in Brest, Castello di Lajone near Turin and Museo di Palazzo Mocenigo in Venice, Italy.

His works will soon be exhibited at Maif Social Club in Paris, Camille Lambert Contemporary Art Space in Juvisy-sur-Orge and at Caisse d’Epargne’s Foundation for Contemporary Art in Toulouse.
